RE: Pebble Beach Company Proposal (PLN 010254 & PLN 010341)

Thank you for today's submissions of additional application materials. Pursuant to this submittal the application has changed in three important ways. First, the request for two areas (MNOUV and PQR) has been changed to call for subdivisions rather than lot line adjustments. Second, you are withdrawing the request for a lot line adjustment in Area K, and third you have requested conditional certificates of compliance for all three of these areas.

To validate these changes you have submitted subdivision maps for Areas MNOUV and PQR and geotechnical reports for only Area PGQ, as you had previously submitted these for Area MNOUV. You also submitted requests for the conditional certificates of compliance. The materials needed to substantiate the conditional certificates have previously been submitted.

County Counsel has determined that this procedure is sufficient to allow a determination of application completeness. This application is therefore complete for processing.

The three applications for conditional certificates of compliance will be given application numbers within the next few days. I will let you know as soon as these numbers are assigned. I will also be forwarding you a recalculations of the applications fees which nave resulted from this change.
