Just before we left for the summer sheep camp up in the Chuska Mtns. I was able to give Sarah the Spirit Rug I wove honoring her and my Mom. She was very touched that I gave it to her, having seen me struggle with its weaving during two workshops. It may be imperfect weaving, but at least Sarah's favorite colors of purple and turquoise (likewise Mom's) are in abundance! |
